What every asset record includes

Identification

Code, name, family and equipment type.

Nameplate data

Brand, model, serial number, year, power and voltage.

Technical fields

The fields for the equipment type, with units: kW, kVA, bar, m³/h.

Location and photos

Building, floor and space, with photos of the asset and its nameplate.

Why it matters

  • Only 20% of organisations genuinely trust their asset data[2]. A CMMS is only as good as the data loaded into it.

Which CMMS does it work with?

Any CMMS or CAFM that imports Excel or CSV. Direct API integration is available for compatible systems: tell us which one you use.

Are my CMMS asset types respected?

With API integration, the CMMS asset types are brought into the app with their fields, and any missing types can be created in the CMMS from the app.

What about photos?

They travel with each asset: in the export ZIP or attached during the API upload.

Is it useful for a new CMMS rollout?

Yes, it is one of the main uses: loading structured spaces and assets and shortening implementation.
